Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla react to Rajat Dalal's comments on her fitness; says 'Bade se bada gym Rat aajaye...'

Rubina Dilaik and Rajat Dalal, recently got into an argument on their show, Battleground after the latter took a dig at her fitness level. Rubina did not hold back and gave a befitting reply to Rajat and shared that she gave birth to twins 18 months ago. Rubina, accompanied by her husband and actor Abhinav Shukla, was seen in Mumbai on Monday. The couple was spotted interacting with the paparazzi, where they addressed the recent disagreement Rubina had with Rajat.While talking to the paparazzi, Abhinav said, "Fitness pata hai kya hoti hai? Fitness hoti hai jo dikhti hai, aur fitness hoti hai jo dikhti nahi hai. Toh humko lagta hai ke sab aise hai toh fit hai (he does a gesture of bulked-up body), aisa nahi hai. Apne fit dost hai woh Fauji log, ek roti khaake jung ladte hai. Yeh hai fitness,” the actor said. (There's the kind of fitness that shows on the outside, and then there’s the kind you don’t see.We often assume that anyone with a muscular physique is fit — but that’s not the full picture. For me, the truly fit ones are my friends in the army. They survive on just one roti and still have the strength to fight battles. That’s real fitness.)Rubina added, "Kabhi kabhi, sahi samay par aap sahi shabd bolte hai toh uska impact zyada hota hai. Baar baar agar prashna uthaya jaaye, toh unhe unka jawab dena hie chahiye." (Sometimes, when the right words are spoken at the right time, they leave a stronger impact. But if the same questions keep getting raised repeatedly, then it becomes necessary for them to respond and give answers.)That's not all, Abhinav shared an experience of their recent trek. He said, "Humne ek trek kiya tha, 30 kilometer ek din mein, including her mother.
